Key Terms at a Glance

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ih999.pro, registering a player account, depositing funds or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by ih999, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, card games and crash games.

These Terms must be read alongside ih999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete agreement between the Player and the Operator. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ih999 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. ih999 will verify eligibility at registration and may request additional documentation at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ih999 is strictly an adult gaming platform and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system (bot). Corporate or syndicate accounts are not permitted.
• You must register using your own, accurate personal details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You may hold only one active account on ih999. Operating multiple accounts, including accounts registered under different names or mobile numbers belonging to the same individual, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of ih999 or any of its affiliate companies.

3. Account Registration

To access ih999's gaming and betting services you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ih999 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• All activity conducted from your account, including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested, is your sole responsibility regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify ih999 support immediately at [email protected]. ih999 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account freeze.
• ih999 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in deposit and withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

One Account Per Player

ih999 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. If duplicate accounts are detected ih999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge balances to a single account at its discretion, and withhold any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts. Winnings generated through a prohibited duplicate account may be voided.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ih999 processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. ih999 does not accept cash deposits, wire transfers from international banks, or payments originating from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however ih999 may apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in line with its anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Deposits are credited to your ih999 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ih999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the originating account.
• ih999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to make a deposit, as part of its KYC and anti-fraud procedures.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. ih999 does not process withdrawals to a different account without additional verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for requests submitted before 8pm Bangladesh Standard Time. Requests submitted after 8pm BST will be processed the following business day.
• ih999 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification or fraud investigation. Players will be notified by support if a hold is applied to their withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ih999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced cricket betting odds and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh gaming calendar. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus credit and associated free spins expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be extended or reinstated.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per IP address and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts, devices or payment methods will be treated as bonus abuse.
• ih999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus, and to void any winnings derived from that bonus, if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent activity, account collusion, or any method that circumvents the bonus terms.
• Certain games may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Cricket betting markets, live casino tables and specific slot titles may contribute at different rates. Refer to the individual promotion terms for the applicable contribution rates.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on ih999 are governed by the rules set out by the respective game providers and sports betting suppliers, as supplemented by these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence for matters relating to account management, payments and bonuses; the provider's rules take precedence for matters relating to specific game mechanics and outcome determination.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on ih999 cover BPL, IPL, international bilateral series, Asia Cup, ICC T20 World Cup and other major tournaments. All cricket betting results are determined by the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board. ih999 reserves the right to void a cricket market in the event of a match abandonment, venue change, or significant deviation from the scheduled format. Winnings from void markets are returned to the player's wallet.

Live Casino

Live casino games on ih999 are supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' respective game rules in addition to these Terms. The result of each live casino hand, round or spin is final once declared by the dealer or game system. In the event of a verified technical malfunction that affects game outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.

Slots and Other Games

Slot games and crash games on ih999 use certified RNG systems independently audited for fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title is set by the game provider and is available on request. ih999 does not manipulate RTP settings on any game. Results of all games are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical malfunction affecting outcome determination.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ih999. Any player found to have engaged in a prohibited activity will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform or gain any advantage not available to a manual player.
• Colluding with other players to share information, coordinate bets or otherwise manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using or attempting to use stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits on ih999.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using ih999 as a conduit for moving illicit funds.
• Registering or operating more than one player account, or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug or system vulnerability on ih999, including any pricing error in betting markets. Any winnings generated by exploiting such an error are void and will be removed from the player's account.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ih999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, one-account policy, prohibited activities list, or bonus terms.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ih999, or has provided false or misleading documentation during the verification process.
• ih999 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement agency request.
• The player requests voluntary self-exclusion through ih999's responsible gaming tools, in which case the account will be closed for the requested exclusion period and cannot be reopened before that period expires.

Upon closure of a player account for any reason, ih999 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credit) to the player via their registered mobile banking account within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and confirmation that the balance was not derived from prohibited activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ih999.pro, including but not limited to the ih999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of ih999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law. No part of the ih999 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ih999.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ih999.pro solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to scrape data, mirror the site, create derivative works, or use ih999 content in any form outside of normal gameplay.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ih999's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ih999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.

ih999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ih999 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, natural disaster, regulatory action or any other event beyond its reasonable control.

11. Privacy

ih999 collects, processes and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at ih999.pro/privacy-policy and forms part of the agreement between you and ih999. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ih999 will not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide the platform services (including payment processing partners such as bKash and Nagad) or as required by law.

12. Responsible Gaming

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ih999's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, payment, account decision or bonus calculation, the player should first contact ih999 support at [email protected]. ih999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct support communication, it may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process described in ih999's published dispute policy.
